A little kneading, a little dipping and plenty of passing things around the table!
Discover the pleasure of making fresh pitta bread from scratch, then bring a feast of Mediterranean flavours together.
Chef Mel will guide you through mixing, kneading and shaping your own pitta dough, ready for baking. While the dough enjoys a little rest, we’ll keep our hands busy making creamy tzatziki, a fresh Mediterranean salad and seasoning aubergine steaks for oven roasting. Mel will also demonstrate how to turn a few simple ingredients into smooth, flavourful hummus.
